FAQ for New Customers
Before you start working with our company, you may have some questions. We have gathered some frequently asked questions to help you understand us better.
We provide a comprehensive sourcing service from China, including:

– Placing orders and tracking production schedules.
– Quality checks when goods are finished.
– Sending inspection reports for your confirmation.
– Managing export procedures.
– Providing import consultation.
– Assisting you while you are in China.
– Other export-related business cooperation.
The availability of products depends on your required quantity. If your quantity meets the factories’ minimum order quantity (MOQ), we will prioritize choosing factories. If your quantity is less than the factories’ MOQ, we will negotiate with the factories to accept your quantity. If the factories are unable to accommodate your requirement, we will reach out to some large wholesalers who offer competitive pricing and can meet your quantity needs.
Under certain circumstances, we can accept your quantity if the factories have enough stocks. However, if there are not enough stocks, the factories may require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for new production. Occasionally, we may be able to combine orders with the factories’ major clients, allowing for smaller quantities to be acceptable.
Normally, we will give preference to those suppliers who have cooperated well before, as they have been proven to offer good quality and price.
For products we have not purchased before, we will follow the process below:
Firstly, we will identify the industrial clusters of your products, such as building materials in Foshan, toys in Shantou, electronic products in Shenzhen, and Christmas products in Yiwu.
Secondly, we will search for the right factories or large wholesalers based on your requirements and quantity.
Thirdly, we will request quotations and samples for approval. Samples can be delivered upon your request (sample fee and express charges to be paid by you).
We provide sea shipping, which can accommodate full container loads or less than container load shipments. We also offer air cargo services, which are ideal for valuable yet small volume products. For sea shipping, we have three terms:
1. EXW (Ex Works): Your forwarder is responsible for picking up the cargo from our warehouse and arranging delivery to the designated location.
2. FOB (Free on Board): You are required to pay the FOB shipping fee, which includes all costs related to forwarding and loading the cargo on board.
3. CIF (Cost Insurance and Freight): You will need to pay the CIF shipping fee, which covers all costs related to forwarding the cargo to the port of your destination.
It depends on your specific requirements.
On B2B platforms, suppliers can range from factories and trading companies to second or even third-party middlemen. The multitude of prices for the same product makes it challenging to discern the identity of the sellers by just visiting their websites.
In practice, those familiar with purchasing from China understand that there is no “lowest” price, but rather a range of prices. When disregarding quality and service, there is always a cheaper option available through continued searching. However, from our extensive experience in sourcing for clients, we have found that they prioritize cost performance over the lowest price.
We stand by our promise that our quoted price matches that of the supplier’s, with no hidden charges (for detailed instructions, please refer to Our Price page). In fact, our prices lie at a mid-level compared to those of B2B platform suppliers, but we provide a more convenient way to procure goods from various suppliers located in different cities. This sets us apart from B2B platform suppliers, who typically specialize in a specific field of products. For instance, those specializing in tiles may not be well-versed in the lighting market, and those dealing in sanitary wares may struggle to find reputable toy suppliers. Even if they can provide a quote, they often source from Alibaba or Made in China Platforms.
