OUR SERVICE FEES
Our services include, but are not limited to, building materials such as tiles, mosaics, stones, sanitary ware, furniture and so on. The prices we quote for all products are the supplier's prices, which can be either EXW (Ex Works), FOB, or CIF terms (terms depend on your preference).
Our sourcing service is free. If you like our service and the price we offer, you can place an order.
We only charge a reasonable percentage of the product amount as a service charge. We will oversee the production, inspect products, and manage shipping. We can function as your dedicated sourcing department in China.

Service charge is based on the total amount of order.
Payment = Product Amount + Service Charge + Shipping Fee (Depends on Trade Terms)

Payment ways
How to pay suppliers and our company ?
Normally suppliers ask 30% payment as the deposit for production and 70% paid before loading.
Wholesaler
If you are a wholesaler purchasing large quantities from the same supplier, it is essential to transfer the deposit and balance directly to the supplier. If you have items consolidated in the same container, we will efficiently assist you in making individual payments, if necessary.
Project Procurement
If your order amount is large and the supplier accepts USD transfers, please make the payment directly to the supplier. If you purchase from multiple suppliers who prefer to receive Chinese Yuan (RMB) as payment, we can assist you in exchanging the currency and making the payment to the suppliers upon receiving your remittance.
Family Purchasing
Based on our past experience, a family typically deals with over 10 suppliers when purchasing items like furniture, lights, tiles, and sanitary wares. These orders usually involve small amounts, and many suppliers only accept payments in USD or RMB cash. While big shopping malls may accept Union Pay, most other suppliers cannot process international cards.
Make sure to keep these 4 common ways in mind when you’re paying your suppliers.
1. USD T/T payment
If the suppliers have USD bank account and accept T/T payment by USD
2. Cash
Both USD and RMB are acceptable,You can take RMB from Chinese bank ATM easily
3. International card
Some big shopping malls accept paying with a credit card such as Louvre and Red Star furniture malls
4. Transfer to our company
We pay for you if you have too many suppliers at the same time
